Based in Las Vegas, The Underground Rebels originally hailed from Vancouver, Canada, where they went by the moniker The Loving Dead. Founder Kurt Frohlich and bassist Devlin Harkell relocated the band after releasing a couple of albums and changed the name. Playing straight-up rock akin to Foo Fighters and Goo Goo Dolls, the band now features Brent Muscat, the founder of Faster Pussycat, and Todd Waetzig (once a member of The Blue Man Group).
