Formed in 2001, Soulkeep is a young modern thrash band from Wisconsin. They draw heavily on their influences, such as Megadeth and Black Sabbath, while also subscribing to the current brand of aggression being peddled by the likes of Shadows Fall and Nevermore. Harsh vocals (at times sounding a bit like Dave Mustaine) and thick riffs are the meat and potatoes of Soulkeep. A band with definite potential.
