This group from coastal North Carolina are a unique force in the world of metal. Creating a sound that is part progressive, part death metal, part contemorary, part traditional, and part just about every other style of metal on the planet, Gollum conjures a listening experience that is truly an experience. Mostly instrumental, the band has emplyed guest singers and thoughtfully placed samples to avoid the "instrumental" label. This is quite an intriguing outfit.
