Dream or Nightmare, the brainchild of former Axemaster guitarist Joe Sims, came to life in 1999. Suffering significant lineup changes, as many young bands do, the band nevertheless managed to release two demos which earned solid reviews. The departure of vocalist Javier Colon was overcome when guitarist Jim Arnold and bass player Dave Rhynard each tried their skills behind the mic. The result is a metal band that is not only musically eclectic, but a band that also brings two talented vocalists to the mix. Fans of Americanized power metal that is big on melody will enjoy Dream or Nightmare.
