Taking form in 1998, this Portugese outfit displays a style of Gothic Doom metal much in the vein of their fellow countrymen Moonspell. Their self-titled debut features a melancholic mixture of haunting keyboard passages, occasional meaty riffs, and vocals blending both vampiric singing and death growls. They haven't perfected their sound, but the potential exists for them to become ranked among the leaders of this genre.
