Aspire is a young symphonic power metal band comprised of experienced musicians. Their sound is rooted in American power metal, but they have a distinctly European edge as well. Their EP and first release were the efforts of founding members Ryan Metzger and Al Candello, with the other members joining after the full-length had been recorded. Fans of heavier symphonic power metal bands, such as Blind Guardian and Dark Moor, will find Aspire enjoyable.
